Since I moved back to Albuquerque, I've been involved with a lot of MMA shows and events. Well, I wasn't happy with my health and knew I needed to make a change to be more appealing to the MMA world as well as what's going on with my radio/dj career. When becoming a part of TEAMTEKIN, she designs a training schedule according to what you want to accomplish and how you want to look . She also puts you on a meal/nutrition plan and also suppliments with MAX MUSCLE! In Feb, I weighed 210.5lbs and body fat was at 23%, as of June, I'm at 196lbs and 9.87% body fat, the majority of weight/fat loss w/ the help of a new eating schedule and using Striker w/ PX-AD3! I can NOT believe my childhood hero has died! I'm still in shock of the news. I was working out at the gym and then twitter, blogs and text messages all started going crazy... so, myself, along with the rest of the world has been glued to the TV since. If this is not bad enough, Farrah Fawcett died earlier this morning too! And yesterday, it was Ed McMahon... I'm shocked. Rest in Peace to THE GREATEST music icon/entity the WORLD will EVER see. And THANK YOU for the memories and making my childhood what it was!

What a great past few days i've had! Started leaving Houston on Tuesday, went to Tokoyo for night and now i'm in Kuala Lumpur. Had a blast at YZ International's birthday party on Thursday night and met a grip of Bumz from Malaysia and Thailand which brings me to my trip tomorrow... Bangkok to dj with Ono and Buddah! Oh yeah, i djayed last night at Mist with Dj Biggie and dj cza, good ppl righ there, good set! Here's some footage!
